What to bring
Every overnight guest registers with a valid government-issued ID or passport. A refundable security deposit is paid at check-in: ₱1,000 per private-room booking or ₱500 per dorm guest. You get a receipt, and the deposit is returned after the room or bed inspection.

Reception hours
6:00 AM–10:00 PM daily. Outside these hours, in-house guests can call +63 917 659 7171 for help through the security guard.

Arriving after 10:00 PM
A late arrival must be fully paid and arranged in advance. Send us your expected arrival time and booking name.

Early check-in
For direct bookings only, subject to room readiness, availability and Front Office confirmation. It is not guaranteed.

Late checkout
For direct bookings only, when no guest arrives after you and the Front Office confirms. Until 1:00 PM: free. 1:01 PM–4:29 PM: 50% of the room rate. From 4:30 PM: one additional night.

Guests under 18
A minor may stay only in a private room with a parent, legal guardian or authorized responsible adult. If that adult is not the parent or legal guardian, bring identification and written authorization.

Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms a direct booking. The remaining 70% is due at least 48 hours before arrival. Same-day bookings are paid in full when confirmed.

Cancellation
More than 48 hours before arrival, the 30% deposit is retained. Within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the confirmed reservation value is charged or retained.

Date and name changes
One date change and one verified name transfer are allowed when requested more than 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability and any rate difference. Minor spelling corrections don’t count as a transfer. If the new stay costs more, you pay the difference; a lower rate doesn’t reduce or refund the deposit.

No-shows
If you haven’t arrived or contacted us by 10:00 PM on arrival day, the reservation may be cancelled and released, and 100% remains charged or retained. Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.

Booking.com and Hostelworld
Payment, cancellation, changes, refunds and no-shows follow the terms shown by that channel and in your booking confirmation.

Payment methods
Cash, bank transfer, credit card, GCash, Maya, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, ShopeePay, BillEase, QR Ph, PayPal, Alipay, and over-the-counter payment at Cebuana or LBC.

Prices and taxes
Published accommodation prices include tax. No service charge is added to room or dorm-bed charges.

Refunds and requests
Approved refunds may deduct unavoidable bank, card, currency-conversion or payment-processing charges. Send direct-booking requests to reservation@bajalasiargao.ph or +63 917 659 7171 with your booking name, confirmation number and stay dates.

Quiet hours and conduct
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM: music, calls and gatherings must not disturb other guests or neighbours. Illegal drugs, violence, threats, harassment, theft and seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

In the dorms
Use only your assigned bed and locker. Sexual activity is not permitted in dormitories.

Smoking and vaping
Only in the designated outdoor smoking area. Not in rooms, dorms, bathrooms, hallways, the cinema room, restaurant interiors or the pool area. Verified smoking or vaping inside a room or dorm carries a ₱25,000 remediation charge.

Alcohol
For guests of legal drinking age who can show valid ID. No glass containers around the pool. Outside alcohol is not allowed in Little Rotti, the pool area or shared guest spaces unless management approves it for a private event. Staff may refuse service to anyone intoxicated or disruptive.

Visitors
Visitors register at reception and may stay in Little Rotti and designated public areas until 10:00 PM. They may not enter guest rooms, dorms, the cinema room or staff areas, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. The registered guest is responsible for a visitor’s conduct and any damage.

Pets
Not allowed in guest rooms, dorms, the pool area or the cinema room. Well-controlled pets on a leash may use approved outdoor areas of Little Rotti, following staff direction.

Pool and shared spaces
Pool 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, up to 10 adults at a time. Children swim only with an adult actively supervising, two children per adult at most. Cinema room 6:00 AM–1:00 AM, quiet hours still apply. Hostel shared spaces are for in-house guests; restaurant customers may use the pool with an order of ₱500 or more.

Parking
Free onsite parking at the front for cars, scooters and bicycles, no reservation needed. The area is not secured: vehicles are parked at your own risk, and Bajala is not liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle or anything left in it.
Fair charges
Damage and charges
Guests are responsible for intentional or negligent damage, missing property and extraordinary cleaning caused by themselves, their children or their visitors. Normal wear, maintenance defects, equipment failure and documented pre-existing damage are never charged.
Every charge needs evidence, a manager’s review and an itemized written explanation, and may exceed the security deposit.

Who can stay where
Children, dorms and access

Dorms are 18+
No guest under 18 may stay in a dorm, even when the whole dorm room is booked. One registered guest per bed. Reception assigns beds and lockers, and any change needs reception approval.

Children
Children stay only in private rooms, with at least one adult in the room. Ages 0–3 stay free but count toward maximum occupancy; ages 4–17 are charged as adults. A standard private room takes one child within its occupancy limit.

Private Quad
Up to four people in total, including children of any age, with at least one adult. The Quad can take up to three children.

Extra beds
Extra beds and rollaway beds are not available: the rooms don’t have safe space for them. All rooms are non-smoking.

Accessibility
All guest-room and property entrances are step-free, and a ramp leads to the restaurant’s first floor. There is no wheelchair-accessible bathroom. If you have limited mobility, contact us before booking so we can confirm the most suitable room and route; staff can help with luggage, check-in, checkout and transport.

What’s included
Bed linen, one bath towel per registered guest, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. Pool towels are free and exchanged used-for-clean; beach towels are extra. Breakfast at Little Rotti is not included in room rates.
